Right from the start our tech, Jesus, showed up on time with a smile and a great attitude. He assessed the repair (spring replacement) and came back with the price. When it was a little higher than I was expecting, he worked with his manager to get me a great deal. Tech and Company were great to work with. Repeat customer.
It is wonderful to hear that your appointment started off on such a positive note and that our team member made the effort to find a fair solution regarding the repair cost. We really appreciate you sharing this experience and for coming back to us as a repeat customer. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater, and we are glad to know you found the whole process smooth and professional.

Very satisfied with Precision garage door installation several months ago and recent response to damage to one of the doors caused by my car. The technicians at installation and subsequent repair were professional and courteous. I recommend this company without reservation. They live up to their excellent on line reviews I read before choosing them to replace my flood damaged garage doors.
