The spring on our garage door broke so I actually called the other guys that I had always used. They wouldn't work with my schedule so I happened to see Precision's ad on the side of the yellow pages web site where I had gone to get the other guys phone number. I called Precision and Chris Knight was out on Tues. morning of this week, took one look at our door and said that is wasn't safe and they couldn't fix it. He gave me a price for a new one and made an appt. for installing the new one today (Thur.). Richard Tshudy and his partner installed our new door in a very short time, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old door and tracks. They did a wonderful job. Thanks to Chris and Richard I'm sold on Precision Door Service.

The service technician (Chris) was very courteous and professional. He gave me a final quote fo0r the work before he started. He answered all my questions and explained the operation of the new opener. He worked expeditiously and was very neat. I also really appreciated the same day service. Great job. I also very much appreciated the e-mail I received beforehand with the technician's photo and background - you knew who was coming to your home before they arrived.

Door was installed (white) did not know door came in beige also. Salesman said only white.
