He explained every detail of the job he was going to perform in order to ensure that the garage door opener is working properly. Carlos was patient and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We appreciated his recommendations to make sure our garage door opener provides many years of service. Thank you Precision for employees such as Carlos Morales. Precision is the only Garage Door company we have ever used and we will continue to call Precision to service our garage door. Customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and got me an appointment for the same day. Within an hour the technician Cheney arrived and fixed the springs on our garage door. All work performed was great. I would have rated a 5 but my spring that was replaced was just over a year old and quite honestly I wasn’t really happy with that. Especially for what they cost. I would have thought that the spring would have lasted longer. But, either way we decided to go with two springs and got the 5 year warranty. Hopefully they will make it longer than that. Thanks for having great employees who really take care of their customers. Both the people I dealt with today were amazing. They both are 5 star rating in my book. But your springs need to impress me before I’ll give the product a 5 star review. Thank you

Our experience with our technician, Michael, was amazing. Very nice and polite young man that was very professional the entire time. Precision more than met our expectations. We called on a Saturday evening, they were here by 8 on Sunday to repair our garage door. Exceptional service. We are a first time homeowner but had Precision in our rental, so due to previous experience, I already felt confident in the service we would receive. Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!
