Five stars for Jordan! He came the same day my garage door broke and fixed it for a good price. He was very professional and easy yo talk to. He was patient and sweet with my son which made me extra happy. He fixed my garage door with only a tiny dent left, the dent is barely noticeable. Thanks Jordan for a great job!

Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.

5 Star is my rating because Michael Graves did an Outstanding job analyzing my existing failed opener, gave me options and pricing for replacing my unit, and performed an excellent install....all in the same day. He explained all the elements and how-to's of my new Linear system. It is super quiet and very efficient. Michael is a very friendly and personable technician as well as a knowledgeable tech who I would highly recommend...as well as Precision.

Excellent service by Chris Corlas. Repaired our broken garage door quickly and suggested some needed maintenance. Who knew the opener motor had to be adjusted ? This is the second time we have used Pecision and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage services.

Having put off service to my squawking garage door for too long,Wednesday morning found my car trapped in the garage by a broken cable secondary to a broken spring. I hooked a ride to work -- called Precision and asked if someone could come repair the situation on or after 6 PM, Wednesday night. Got that set up and about 7 PM "Wesley" bounded into my messy situation. What a nice guy! And what an assiduous worker. In about 2 hours, he had replaced the entire opening system with top rated equipment. Talk about a hale fellow well met! He isn't just a great mechanic, he also immediately becomes "Your Friend!" My entire garage door opening system, two new remotes and my vehicle garage door opening system were all in PERFECT working order, with the garage door opening so quietly that I thought it wasn't in action.
