Excellent service, I called Monday concerning a problem with garage door, and Tuesday morning the individual was there on time. I went out to greet him and found him helpful, courteous and well presented. The problem was taken care on with 30 minutes at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I'm in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer. LLoyd Tanner has also serviced my doors and he was also a great technician. Mr Rapp, you should take pleasure in knowing that your employees really do care about your customers. Initial attraction through your reviews. I was impressed not only with the same day service, but the fact that there was no additional charge for being a weekend day, i.e. Sunday. I have two garage doors that were installed when the home was built in 1998 and had not been serviced since. Your technical Francisco Soto, administered an inspection and advised me on the necessary repairs. It was a major overhaul in my opinion, but worth it and necessary. Very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the employees. In all a very positive experience. I recommend Precision Garage Doors for your servicing needs.
