I called to have my garage serviced (lubricated, balanced, etc.) for preventative maintenance. I am a person who likes to maintain things instead of waiting for them to cause a problem. I'm glad I did because there were a few things that needed attention soon and I decided to go ahead and have them done. The service tech was super. He knew his stuff and got right to work and was done within 45 minutes. Phil Hunter was the technician that answered my call and solved the problem with my door. He adjusted the way the door closed as previous winds had caused the door to hydro flex and not go down. He advised me I would probably need a new door sooner or later but for now it works. He was very knowledgeable and polite and a pleasure to talk to.
