They came out to measure and give me an estimate. It was very important to me that my lifted jeep with 38" tires would fit in the garage, including the opener arm. They took measurements, told me they could do it. The day they installed my garage, he made sure to continually take measurements, it took a little longer than usual - but my jeep fits in my garage with about 1-1/2 inches to spare - time to take the doors off! Thanks Precision for an exceptional job!

Technician Mike was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable! Needed to replace the battery in my door opener. He also performed a full inspection of the entire door opening assembly and associated parts. In and out in less than 20 minutes, definitely will use Precision in the future!

I asked for a quote over the phone and was told not quite $1000 for a single car, plain and simple door. When someone came to my house the price was given for one $2000. I could see maybe increase up to $1200 but that was a big jump from original quote. A bit disappointed.

Had springs put in a few months ago I was working good. It shifted a little bit called them up. They came out same day. Adjusted the door. All good did a great job.

Precision was the original installer of our garage door and opener system. Due to lightning, the door opener would not operate correctly and then finally just failed to operate at all. Your technician Cody Johnson and his assistant came out as scheduled and installed a new opener, rollers and other needed items. They were both very professional and efficient in their work. When completed, Cody was very thorough in explaining what was done and how to operate the system including synching up the car with the opener. I would recommend them and Precision for any garage door issues.

All went great. Estimate and work all done in one day. Technicians were awesome, and throughly explained everything and even programed my Cadillac garage door opener. Garage door has not worked better since we bought the house. Highly suggest using Precision no matter the cost, and cost was no to bad. Garage door was fixed and installed side mount garage door opener.
