Both techs did a great job replacing everything except the motor, chain and bar assy, safety eye lights. They used everything from the old door. Didn't know that. Every truck needs a broom and dust pan and a blower. Also the truck in the driveway leaked gas and oil. The initial measurements were incorrect and they had to wait for additional parts. Almond color Door was the perfect match to the house trim. Thanks for my beautiful door

I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!

Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+.
