My garage door springs failed late on a Friday afternoon. PGD responded first thing Saturday morning and had the entire system recondition and back working in 2 hours. Technician (Mike) was helpful in not only doing the work but explaining the condition of all system components and his recommendation for repair. After seeing Precision Garage Door Services vehicles around Pasco County for years, when I needed garage door repairs at my home, I scheduled an appointment. The online system worked great. The day scheduled I received a call from technician Chris, right in the middle of the service window. He promptly arrived and we discussed my needs. He offered helpful suggestions and options. Once the scope was agreed upon he went to work and didn't disturb me until the repair was finished. He explained exactly what was done and the bill matched the agreeded upon estimate. A painless and satisfying experience.

Aidan, diagnosed my problem, explained to me my options for repair or replace, as well as pricing on new models. Made my decision, and he went to work. Both techs did a great job replacing everything except the motor, chain and bar assy, safety eye lights. They used everything from the old door. Didn't know that. Every truck needs a broom and dust pan and a blower. Also the truck in the driveway leaked gas and oil. The initial measurements were incorrect and they had to wait for additional parts. Almond color Door was the perfect match to the house trim. Thanks for my beautiful door

I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!
