To Whom It May Concern: We want to compliment you on your service technician, Frank. Frank called before coming to our home to advise us as to his approximate arrival time and arrived promptly. He was personable, neatly dressed and immediately set about his work. He advised us as to work which was needed and the cost and after we agreed for the detailed work to be done, he proceeded and worked non-stop until the job was completed. The two garage doors are working better than ever! It was a pleasure to deal with such a personable professional and we wanted to thank you for sending us such a fine employee. Yours sincerely, Lindann L. Hamilton
