We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

I called Precision after hearing great things from neighbors, and as someone who works in the franchise industry and knows Precision’s parent company, Neighborly, very well, I knew I was calling the right company. From booking the appointment to dispatch communication, everything was seamless. Stephan was outstanding, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Vlad our installer did a great job, taking off the old garage door and installing the new one, including new garage door opener and new Torsion spring system.
