My garage door broke tuesday night. I called precision wednesday morning and they were at the house by 1030. They had all the parts needed for the repair with them and the door was back up and running by 100, thats just unheard of nowadays! And on top of that their service tech was incredibly friendly and respectful, actually knew what he was doing and completely cleaned up when he was done, another anomaly nowadays! Finally they didnt over charge me! All around total satisfaction!

My garage door wouldn't open when I returned home. I scheduled an appointment on-line with Precision and they came out the same day. The tech was very professional. Accessed the problems with the garage door opener and provided me with quotes to fix the issues. My old system had been installed in 2004 (22 years old) and it was past due for a complete update. It only took the tech about an hour to complete the new install. He explained everything to me and programmed the remotes and keypad with me. Exceptional service! The door is now whisper quiet and I have a sense of peace knowing it's going to work for years to come.

We had all of the components except the door replaced. The technicians inspected the door and operating mechanisms. They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be replaced and why. In 10 min provided me with a quote. Since they had all the parts and started the replacement process. When they were done, they explained and demonstrated all the features. Very pleased with the process and workmanship.
