I called on 11/20/2025 the representative on the phone was helpful and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. The technician arrived on time his name is Sammy Rafraf. Sammy was professional, polite and clearly explained 2 options to fix my door. Sammy who went above and beyond to help me get a affordable price. Excellent customer service all around. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Earlier today, the wall console for our Linear garage door opener started malfunctioning. I called Precision Garage Door, and they sent a technician within one hour. The Technician was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the console unit, inspected and service the garage door in a very timely manner. Exceptional service…. All employees were courteous & professional. Chase & Izak. Installed new hurricane garage door. All services & door care were explained to me. Installation was made next morning after door was ordered. Issue with setting up to wi-fi, Jason came out and didn’t leave until completely resolved. Neighbors saw work being done, and I recommended their using Precision, as I was so pleased with their expertise. 5 Stars is not enough, they should have 10.

I called Precision because of reviews I read and the BBB rating. I had a scheduled window this afternoon but because of a cancellation, they called to see if they could come earlier. Jackson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed our issues for 3 garage door openers ( that were 22 years old) and gave us several options and pricing. He was able to make the repairs today and then gave us a tutorial on how our new system works. I was tired of hitting the wall switch, then running under the closing door while high stepping over the sensors. I am very pleased, and would recommend this company highly.

I purchased 3 garage doors for our new garage. Corbin installed them and said the double door has a dent on the left side bottom panel. He assured me they would replace it. When I called to follow up a few weeks later, I was put on the schedule immediately. The tech called the day of the replacement and said he was on the way to replace the top panel. I told him I understood it was the bottom panel, he confirmed Corbin's notes were the top panel. I thought, "ok" as I had not closely inspected the panels as they're in the up position when I'm driving in or out. After the install I did notice the bottom panel was dented. I called the office and they checked their notes and said they were supposed to replace a "dented top panel". The top panel is glass!!! They sent Nick out to inspect and I have not heard back even after leaving a message. It has now been several weeks and I spent over $20k. Not to mention the garage doors sound awful when they open and close, and the openers they put on the wall are not aligned. Sloppy, expensive, and non-responsive. Do not use this company.

We became a customer of Precision Garage Door after Hurricane Helene destroyed the existing garage. One year later I received an email reminding me that it might be time to check on the garage door. I reached and scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived a couple days later, well within the 12-4pm window. Aaron, our tech, was personable and professional. He quickly surveyed the garage door, which has been working perfectly and noted that a simple re-lubing of the key parts was in order and he performed the service in 30 minutes. We discussed how to keep the garage door performing perfectly and I’ll be sure to follow his guidance. He mentioned that the garage was within the warranty so there would be no charge today. We all need a little good news and it was a pleasure to work with Aaron and Precision Garage Door. Six stars!!!!!!

I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!
