Excellent and informative repair man, but just wondering why the lift arm reinforcing door plate is sold separately since it came packaged with the belt and slide mechanism I purchased. It would seem all contents included the box would belong to me, the purchaser (excluding of course additional instillation fees which I declined).

We have a Manual Garage door. I called around 12:45 pm I spoke with Jules she was very helpful. I was told that the window for someone to come out was going to be between 2 pm - 6 pm. Travis was our tech and he was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was very professional explained everything to us and gave us a quote. He did an outstanding job and was awesome. Your company is fantastic! Thanks for being so prompt and professional. We really appreciate it very much and will recommend your company to all of our friends.

Good service and tech was able to get part of the issue resolved thru warranty. But, the other issue required a new garage door opener. Precision's price was 4 to 7 times the cost of a quality brand from a big box store. He advised the products there arent as good as what Precision sells, but the price and cost of installation would have allowed for a new unit regularly. It pays to shop around. However, very happy with the service.

My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??

the repair price I was quoted was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Precision in prior years for a new door and repairs but I can't see that continuing into the future. If your business policy is screw the customer and get as much money out of them as you can, I'll find someone else.
