In 10 min provided me with a quote. Since they had all the parts and started the replacement process. When they were done, they explained and demonstrated all the features. It started with a great sales call, and a fair quote. Installation was smooth, and the installers were pleasant and respectful. Sherman and Jesus took the time to test everything, gave clear explanations, and went the extra mile make sure we were happy with the job. Before they left they made sure the area was clean and they picked up all the trash. We were told this company was too expensive — I will say that for a few percent more, they were worth every penny. The exact same product will poor customer service and not so professional and knowledgeable installers has a cost. Go for it, you will be glad you did.

Wow, if you need any type of work done on your Garage door , give them a call I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon! Talk about great service ! I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I had Him do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! Precision installed new hurricane rated doors at my house two years ago which we have not had any issues with. Yesterday my garage door opener malfunctioned. Precision came out that same day. Chad Pappas was out technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener. Chad was excellent in explaining why this needed to be done and carefully walked us through how to operate the new opener. Chad represents your company very well.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! A professional technician (Isak) arrived exactly as scheduled. He was clean, courteous, and professional. Isak clearly explained what was needed for repairs after he completed troubleshooting. A professional written estimate was presented with a clear and concise description of the work needed for repairs, as well as recommended maintenance work on the door. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, the work area was left clean and Isak reviewed the repair with me and demonstrated operation of the door before leaving the job. I only wish more businesses were run like this one!
