I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

Exceptional service…. All employees were courteous & professional. Chase & Izak. Installed new hurricane garage door. All services & door care were explained to me. Installation was made next morning after door was ordered. Issue with setting up to wi-fi, Jason came out and didn’t leave until completely resolved. Neighbors saw work being done, and I recommended their using Precision, as I was so pleased with their expertise. 5 Stars is not enough, they should have 10.

I called Precision because of reviews I read and the BBB rating. I had a scheduled window this afternoon but because of a cancellation, they called to see if they could come earlier. Jackson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed our issues for 3 garage door openers ( that were 22 years old) and gave us several options and pricing. He was able to make the repairs today and then gave us a tutorial on how our new system works. I was tired of hitting the wall switch, then running under the closing door while high stepping over the sensors. I am very pleased, and would recommend this company highly.

I purchased 3 garage doors for our new garage. Corbin installed them and said the double door has a dent on the left side bottom panel. He assured me they would replace it. When I called to follow up a few weeks later, I was put on the schedule immediately. The tech called the day of the replacement and said he was on the way to replace the top panel. I told him I understood it was the bottom panel, he confirmed Corbin's notes were the top panel. I thought, "ok" as I had not closely inspected the panels as they're in the up position when I'm driving in or out. After the install I did notice the bottom panel was dented. I called the office and they checked their notes and said they were supposed to replace a "dented top panel". The top panel is glass!!! They sent Nick out to inspect and I have not heard back even after leaving a message. It has now been several weeks and I spent over $20k. Not to mention the garage doors sound awful when they open and close, and the openers they put on the wall are not aligned. Sloppy, expensive, and non-responsive. Do not use this company.

Aaron Whitehead was the tech who came. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his explanation as to my problem and his recommendations to repair. I'm very happy with Precision. I will call them again, if needed in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision. We just moved into our new home and the spring on one of our garage doors snapped. I called and Sean came out same day to replace the spring and actually ended up replacing all the mechanisms on both doors as well as replacing one of the motors that was older. The price was great, but even more so the job was done very well and professionally. I appreciate Sean's hard work and working around all the boxes and junk in our garage from only being in the new house for about a week. I highly recommend this company and Sean's work!

My last review got cut off part way through, so I'll try this again...Very Happy. Sean Tufalo was the tech that came out. He arrived early in the time window. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options and laid out pros and cons for them all. Had to replace a 40+/- year old system that was DOS for about 15 years. Once I decided on what I wanted, he gave me the price, I approved, and he went to work. Given the age and condition of the existing door and opener, it took an "over and above" attitude and effort. Even with the extra time and effort spent, the quoted price was the charged price. Beyond that, Sean seemed to be a pretty straight-up guy. I'll have them come back in a month or two, after I finish another project, and install a new, and needed, hurricane rated door. Highly recommend the company and the tech, Sean T (They've got a couple of Seans so I have to be specific).

Andrew was on time with our appointment. He was very professional and personable. He explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. No service was performed today, but the estimate provided generated a signed agreement to install a garage door, garage door opener, outside keypad and 2 remote garage door openers.

What a great response time to have our garage door serviced. They would have serviced the door on the same day. Our service tech, John Duff explained what our options were and gave us a detailed estimate.
