The technician, Bob, was very professional and courteous. My original problem was the door opener, but upon inspection, Bob explained what the cause of the problem. He also gave me the option if I wanted just a repair or replacement. My garage door of 16 years wasn't working properly. Upon completion of job, Bob explained how everything works. He removed everything and left the place clean.

What an easy experience ! Your installer was kind and efficient, explaining everything that needed to be repaired and the specifics of the repairs. He showed me how older garage doors like mine work. It was clear cut and painless ! I would recommend y’all to anyone who asked !
