I was very pleased with the door I received from Precision Door in Pasco County. The estimator that came out was very nice and friendly she took all my information and got me an estimate that was great. I even got a military discount for being a veteran. They came out on a Saturday on both occasions they did my install on a Saturday they were on time and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a firm price for repair in just a few minutes. He had the parts on the service truck and was able to install a new spring system on the spot. Total time was under 2 hours from arrival. The technician was courteous and gave several tips on maintenance of the overhead door I have installed.

I called at 12:05 PM and spoke with Danielle, who was very pleasant. She said someone would be out today between 2-6 PM. Tim V. showed up at 2:30 PM and my garage door was repaired by 2:45! This is the third time I have used this company. The tech always shows up when he is supposed too. I think the price is on the high side, but the work is done properly and you are told what is going bad. Up to you whether you have the additional work done.

Your technician was prompt, pleasant and very easy to work with. He gave me a detailed list of what was wrong with my garage door and what really needed to be fixed right away. He did not pressure me in any way and did the work I requested in a very timely manner. My broken spring was repaired faster than I thought possible and everything put back in place. The Technician that came out, Frank Soto was awesome!!!! His customer service was far above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! 10 across the boards. Excellent communication - He explained everything very through to me and was concerned more about my safety than trying to do a quick fix. My door was so old. With the lock broken on a fiber glass garage door it only made sense to replace the door, so that's what I'm doing. My dog approved of him as well!

My husband and I chose Precision based on their years of experience. Chris Burdge was our installer. Even though it rained all day he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company to everyone.
