I called due to wanting repair on the garage door. The chain seemed to not be as tight and I have lived in this house 16 years. So my boss Jose Martin of Spring Hill had recommended your company. The technician sent out was very nice and explained the options that I had. He never pressured me one way or the other. I decided to have a new opener installed and was amazed how professional this was done. I would rate your company and service as a 5 and would also tell others.

The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.

5 stars. I had 2 men out to repair my garage door, which I thought would be a fairly quick fix. But it turned out to be a complex problem and they were very up- front about the problem and cost to fix it. Very courteous and they fixed my door after about 1 & 1/2 hours. Needed springs, rollers, cables, gears,etc.

John arrived at my home earlier than the time given and that worked out great!! The garage door opener broke the day before and john installed a new opener tuned up and fixed some issues with our garage doors and I had home put in another door opener on the single garage door. I am very happy with the service

This is the 2nd time I've had to use Precision Door Services for separate Garage related work. On both occasions, I had the best service I could imagine. I never paid more than anticipated, in fact every time I paid less than I had thought I would have to! Service men are very pleasant and easy to work with very knowledgeable and competent! Keith came to complete the tune up I purchased through Groupon but he helped to troubleshoot and correct problems with the door tracking. Although the scope of work increased to replacing springs & cables and fortifying the top panel and pull bracket I am satisfied with his work and door operates like new.

john did an excellent job on the door. he noticed that the bearing on the right side of the door was failing and advised me that the single spring was at fault. I told him to do what was necessary to fix the problem and he did a great job. the door is so quiet now you can hardly hear it.
