The representative that came to my home was Carlos Morales. Carlos is "the most knowledgeable" person I have ever met when it comes to Garage Door openers. He was absolutely fabulous! Made recommendations, with options, to resolve our lingering door opener problems for over 2years. He's as "Good as It Gets". Five Stars on all levels. We made a great decision calling Precision Door.

I gave Precision a 5 star rating. Live in condo community and my overhead garage door jammed in the up position at 10:00am when I opened it to leave. Precision and another company were recommended by the complex manager and a neighbor told me to call Precision. They had a man here at 5:00pm. He fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes. He knew his business, was courteous, clean and fixed the problem. Also, tightened a few screws that cut the opening and closing noise by at least a third. I haven't had their kind of service in years!

Jeremy Westerbeck was excellent! He was very polite and so knowledgeable and showed me everything he was doing and why it needed to done. Jose Rosario was exceptional. He explained everything so we could understand what repairs were needed. He was able to repair our garage door, replace parts of the opener (so we did not need to purchase a new one) and install a new keypad. He was very friendly and extremely professional.
