Jose Rosario was exceptional. He explained everything so we could understand what repairs were needed. He was able to repair our garage door, replace parts of the opener (so we did not need to purchase a new one) and install a new keypad. He was very friendly and extremely professional. Jeremy Westerbeck was very friendly and helpful. He replaced the broken garage door spring. He then showed us that our current Garage Door Opener was not as secure as we had thought by lifting the closed door by hand. He replaced the Garage Door Opener with a new Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. Before doing any of the work, he explained, in detail, what he proposed to do and gave us choices as to the types of Garage Door Openers were available and the merits and prices of each. When completed, he explained how to operate each remote device. Based on the fact that our old system was not secure, I will mention this to our neighbors and highly recommend Precision Door Service to all our neighbors.
