I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs on my door had broken leaving my truck stranded. They came right out and I was able to get out of my garage in under an hour. Our double garage door's spring broke trapping our car. My wife had just given up driving and we sold the 2nd car giving us backup. Tom arrived within the schedule time and assessed the problem, gave us an estimate and time. He immediately proceeded to fix the spring and overhaul both doors at our request. We found Tom efficient and courteous. The elderly mother-in-law was in the hospital and was being discharged making the repair urgent. Next year we will be scheduling a service call.
