I don't normally write reviews, but recently we had call to use your company and was very pleased. One of or rentals in Polk County was hit by lightning over the weekend. I'd recently had 2 surgeries and was trying to coordinate getting things done for the tenant. The service at Precision was expedient, professional and knowledgeable. They had a tech, Zach, out to the property that afternoon and after an assessment of opener. Zach was able to advise me as to what we had, the advantages and disadvantages of different models and costs involved. He also recommended a single surge protector for unit as a small help in prevention going forward. His service was professional, helpful and expedient and it was a pleasure doing business with Precision. Being in sales myself over 20 years, I know a company is Only as good as their people and First impressions are everything. Thanks Zach and Precision !

I appreciate the speed with which you responded to my service need. One of the springs on my auto garage door snapped so we were trapped, could get the door up. True to your ad, you responded within 4 hours even though your schedule was full and I live in Lakeland. Your technician, Frank Soto, is an outstanding representative of your company and very loyal to you, Jim. He presented himself well, obviously very knowledgeable, does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, what my options were and gave me an accurate estimate of the expense I was facing. When I made my decision as to what I wanted to get done, he did not waste any time in getting the repair done. Very glad I called your company. By the way, the lady who took my call was very helpful in solving my problem. Incidentally I purchased much more than the broken spring.

An all-around great experience. The technician (Frank) was very knowledgeable. He explained why the problem happened, explained all of the options for fixing it, and then did a great job performing the fix. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. My dogs even liked him - and they usually don't like anyone!

We had no idea that our garage was so "loud" until after they installed the new opener. It is so quiet, you cannot hear it going up and / or down. We are amazed!
