My garage door problem is solved and done so very well by a terrific young man named John. He was so professional, so intelligent and just so nice. He worked hard and constantly and made my really problem garage door work like a brand new door. I cannot say enough nice things about this young man. I have been looking for the information invoice on my computer that will let me know what all was done so if you have a chance to send it I would be so happy. Perhaps I have not seen it or missed it some how. Anyway, your company is excellent and I will not hesitate to use Precision again if needed. Thank you so much.

Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed. Response time when calling for any maintenance or repair is always quick. I will not use another company for my garage door needs.

I called Precision because the previous owner left paperwork that you installed the door. I was extremely happy that the clerk was able to schedule me for the same day that I called. The young man, Cody Johnson, arrived on time. He was just a really nice young man and was very helpful in explaining the service that the garage door needed and that he could make the needed service the same day. He was good at explaining what he was going to do and I appreciate that he made sure this older lady understood all that he was doing. I will absolutely recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs your service.

A neighbor was satisfied dealing with Precision. Luke was a professional and knowledgeable technician. He made note of a broken fastener which I had him repair. He also brought to my attention a spring that was worn which I will schedule to be repaired. What I appreciated was his observation that were a concern for the functioning of the garage door. On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

We had Precision come out and replace the sensors on our door a month ago and started having issues, when I called they came out same day and fixed our sensors with it completely covered under warranty. Having trouble with the present door opener for 20' door that had to be built out, called you for the job but was not something your company did. Unfortunately the gentleman that did do the job was just okay as later we started discovering. Travis from your company, as usual, looked all the work over because when he arrived everything was working again. But underneath there was alot not right,. just awaiting to stop again. He worked long and hard to fix and replace all that was wrong and get us both safe and secure knowing the door would open and close. Thank you for a great job.
