On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

Having trouble with the present door opener for 20' door that had to be built out, called you for the job but was not something your company did. Unfortunately the gentleman that did do the job was just okay as later we started discovering. Travis from your company, as usual, looked all the work over because when he arrived everything was working again. But underneath there was alot not right,. just awaiting to stop again. He worked long and hard to fix and replace all that was wrong and get us both safe and secure knowing the door would open and close. Thank you for a great job.

We chose Precision for our "Post Ian" garage door repair as a result of a previous excellent experience with the company. We could not have asked for any better experience than we had yesterday. When we called Precision, they gave us a range of time when they would be able to get to us and advised that our technician would be in touch before coming. Arnold Sinmpson, the technician who was assigned to us, called to advise when he would be to our house and was there well within the projected time from our original call. After we had lost power we opened our garage door manually, however we inadvertently created a problem so that once power was restored the door would not then close. Mr. Simpson made certrain that he understood what we had done, analyzed the situation, and explained our options and the costs involved. We at no time felt pressured and understood what he was telling us. Mr. Simpson did an outstanding job in both his explanation and his installation of the new parts that were needed. After installation, he carefully explained the differences in how our door opener would operate now versus to the pre-storm operatrion. I cannot be any more empanhtic in saying what an outstanding and professional job Arnold Simpson did. He is an outstanding representative for Precision and I would recommend both the company and Mr.Simpson without reservation.

Dear Sir; you folks replaced my garage door springs on Friday. The price quoted to me was $612. I am 80 years old and did check prices with any other company. After talking with my neighbor this person told me he had the same thing last week and the charge was $295. After hearing this information I checked with three local companies and they quoted me prices of $295 and $345. I did not check prices since you folks have excellent reputation. How do you justify a $300 price difference. I certainly hope this was an error on the technical's part. please respond as I am very unhappy. Carl T. Mosbarger

Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris
