Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. Couldn't have been nicer or more informative. Kudos to you Brian!!

Hello, my door garage issue was fixed. Technician changed 2 electronics parts, at no cost to me. Precision garage doors has good warranty, and this warranty covered everything that the tech did today. I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

We had heard about Precision on radio commercials by Mason Dixon on Oldies 105 so thought we would give them a call when the spring broke on our garage door. Naturally it was a weekend but they came out on Sunday within a couple hours to do the repairs. Chris Johnson was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs and our bad track rollers very quickly. If we ever have any further issues with our garage door we will definitely give Precision our business!

Dear Jim Rapp, I just want you to know that Joshua Page was the most professional patient person to put up with all my questions on why my garage door wasn't working. He came took his time went through the whole garage door to explain what the problems were and how he could fix them. He is a GEM. The door is perfect. I cant thank Josh enough.

We are very happy with the service we received from Christian. He was very thorough checking the entire garage door system to see what was wrong with it. He explained what all the problems were and the different options to either just fix the problem or replace the old and broken parts. He was extremely courteous and got everything done within a few hours. I don't know how one person can do all that work by themselves but he did a wonderful job. He showed us many different things with the new garage door system. Christian is a great technician and if you can request him I would definitely recommend it.

In less than 24 hours not only was my garage door repaired, but it was actually left in a better condition than when installed brand new. My technician Austin was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in his work ethic.
