My technician Robert was one of the reasons I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door since my home was built. He was on time, and tried to repair my old unit as I had requested but when that was not successful, proposed an alternative that kept him here through a storm on a Sunday Night. Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

Upon inspection he pointed out some deficiencies with our 30 year old door and 15 yo opener. We decided to replace everything. It was completely our decision. He didn't pressure us at all. I had both springs replaced on my overhead door today. The technician (Zachery) arrived within the allotted window and replaced both springs. Zachery was kind and professional and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they sure know how to hire top notch employees.

We called Precision and asked them about getting a new garage door. They sent out Jack, a representative to speak with us and we scheduled the installation. The day of the installation arrived and Andrew arrived and went right to work. I was surprised he was by himself but we saw right away that he was more than capable. He worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure to install everything just as we had requested. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a whole new system installed with a brand new door, outside key pad, inside garage control and two controls for our cars. He explained how we could use wifi to open and close our garage door remotely and showed us all the features of our new door. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement!

I discovered the garage door spring was broken about 9 AM on a Saturday morning, and called Precision immediately. The young woman on the phone was very polite and said a technician would be there between Noon and 4 PM. Andy Peck arrived about 2:30 PM and was very personable, helpful, and did an incredible job. He explained everything that needed to be done and other things that could be done but were not immediate needs. He was very honest. I felt like I was in good hands. The job was completed by 4 PM and I could not be happier.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. Because I have used Precision before I didn't hesitate to establish a chat with them online even though it was Sunday.
