My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. Because I have used Precision before I didn't hesitate to establish a chat with them online even though it was Sunday. They immediately scheduled me for service and by noon on Monday a technician was working on taking care of my door. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I'm a first time customer, I choose Precision because I saw numerous TV commercials in the past several month. The previous company I used several years ago did not do right by us. They installed a cheaper door spring which created a bigger problem for the motor. The service guys who came out Jesse and Bob are amazing, fast, clean work, and friendly. Who took the time to listen to my many questions. Bob took the time to explain the issues with the door, motor, rollers, cable, and barrings. He broken down three options of cost to get the work done. Making the decision was easy with low to zero pressure from the guys. Once installed Jesse took the time to explain and show me how the new system worked. Huge thank you Jesse and Bob.

It's hard to find a company you can trust, yet you guys definitely lived up to your reputation (as stated in your reviews). In less than 24 hours not only was my garage door repaired, but it was actually left in a better condition than when installed brand new. My technician Austin was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in his work ethic. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. We had heard about Precision on radio commercials by Mason Dixon on Oldies 105 so thought we would give them a call when the spring broke on our garage door. Naturally it was a weekend but they came out on Sunday within a couple hours to do the repairs. Chris Johnson was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs and our bad track rollers very quickly. If we ever have any further issues with our garage door we will definitely give Precision our business!
