I have for many many years used your company. The technicians are always nice, courteous, and extremely communicable about what needs to be done. My door is or almost 20 years old, and I attribute the longevity of it to you all. If something happens I always call you and I have always gotten quick response/ service. As I stated above I do not remember all of my technicians names but they have always been wonderful. Thank you for many years of service!

Made a stupid mistake and tied a rope around the door track to dry a large tarp. I had every intention of removing it before putting the door down; however, I forgot. Rope caused the door to lower uneven and allow cable to come off the reel. Precision came out and had the door operational in about 10 minutes. This is the second or third time I have used them and each time I have been very satisfied. Thumbs up for Precision Garage Door Service!

A broken spring prompted me to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had purchased our door years ago from them. I was quickly scheduled for a visit that afternoon. The tech called when he was on the way. Bryan was very professional and personable, taking care of the problem quickly. My door was up and running again in about 30 minutes. Excellent service, great install crew and a timely install. The hardware and door panels are excellent quality. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. We had a 42 year old door removed, all new hardware installed, new door and opener. The Inspector signed off the next morning and we're ready to get our hurricane protection insurance discount!

I applaud and deeply extend a thank you thank the customer service oriented 2 men who visited my home and provided me with just what I needed for my garage door. When my father bought the home initially he had Precision come out to service 3 years ago. Boooooi when the gentleman serviced my door it had proper pole, chain, gears, shifts, all necessary to make my door sound and work as if it were brand new. My door sounds and performs with excellence. Glad I chose Precision.

We have been a customer for almost 10 years. This was the first time we have had Sean Wolf as a technician. It was New Years Eve, first thing in the morning we were given a 12- 4 timeframe.
