We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

Christopher Enlow was Great !!! Chris helped me diagnose the issue I had hearing a "cluncking" sound after lots of usage with my door opener. Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. Not only that, Chris did a follow-up making sure I did not have any other issues. I feel very comfortable calling Precision Garage Doors and have recommended them to my family, friends and clients! Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me.
