I was surprised by a loud noise from my garage. Turned out to be the spring assembly had fallen. When I talked to the office I told them that I had contractors here and really needed my garage door to open, could they come quickly. Blake was here within 2 hours. He was pleasant, professional and above all knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. Hopefully I won't need any more garage door repairs any time soon, but if I do, Precision would be who I would call. The repair was done quickly for a very resonable price.
