I am very happy with the repair/service I had today. Keith was friendly AND professional, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. When he had the spring replaced, he didn't like the sound of it, and took the time to make another adjustment to one of the pulleys on the end- so it now runs quieter than it ever has- and the original door was installed by a company whose name I will not mention...I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.

We chose Precision from the "Hillsborough County 2014 TrustDale Verified Home Services" guide. We chose Precision because you have been in business the longest. We also saw an ad on TV. Our remotes were not working. We called and were pleasantly surprised you could come that afternoon/evening. John inspected/tested the opener and after discussion with him, we decided to have him install a new opener, Linear is what it says on the side of the new opener. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and the completed work.

Matthew was here for more than 2 hrs. it was very expensive but he explained the parts were all orig. to the house making them 16 yrs old. needed new springs, circuit board, rollers, bottom vinyl strip was destroyed. cost $850. when I only expected to replace remotes that were not functioning despite new batteries. but springs actually sounded like gunshots and broke while he was here. That part was actually quite scary. I am an senior-over 70- female and want to feel like the work being done is honest and actually required. Previously the door sounded like a train and now it is nearly silent. My son, a federal law enforcement agent, questioned me about the repairs and i was able to tell him I feel very confidant about the work done and the safety of the operation of the door. Thank you for Matther Leto; he worked very hard and I am satisfied the work was done correctly and honestly.

We love our new garage door opener and keypad. I had originally called for repair but found our opener was so out dated. It was replaced with a new belt driven opener and is so quiet I had to look to make sure it was closing. My son is now going to update his open. Thank you Precision Door.

My garage door broke and I need it replaced today. Doug Naparono our service technician called and asked if he could arrive before our scheduled appointment time. Of course this was very unusual, in most cases the technicians arrive late, this was a first. My main concern with this garage door opener was the noise level when opening and closing the garage door. Well let me tell you, I am impressed this thing is whisper quiet(not kidding). I would highly recommend Precision Doors and I will use them for all of my garage door repair needs. And perhaps the most important thing is Doug Naporano was professional, considerate, and finished on time. Honestly Doug is the guy you want coming to your home if you need repairs or replacements for your garage door.

I called for service about 1:30pm on Friday and never expected to have someone come out that late. To my surprise, the girl said a technician would be here between 2 & 4pm. In less than 30 minutes, Ryan arrived to repair our door. We were very happy with his service and I was completely amazed at how quiet the door open and closed when he was finished.
