We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.

Matt, the tech that came out was just fabulous. Neat and clean, very efficient, and done in a little over an hour. Had to replace the motor to tame our very loud opener. Garage spring broke on Thanksgiving Day. I call for service on Friday morning, they said they wood have someone out between 1200 - 4:00. They call back and said they could have someone out earlier. Replaced garage door opener and repaired/reinforced door braces, spring and bearings. Excellent evaluation of needs, condition of doors and itemized estimate of repair options. Even though it was more than a DIY garage door opener kit from a big box store, I was ok with extra for higher quality equipment. Adam did excellent work, attention to detail and very friendly and professional. I would recommend to my neighbors.
