I was able to have this problem fixed with 24 hours of my phone call. They gave me a four hour window in which to expect the service and then also called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. The technician not only fixed the initial problem but carefully checked over the entire door system. I was able to have it serviced during the initial visit which saved valuable time.
