I called Precision Overhead Garage Door in the morning, and they were out at my house by noon. The two guys diagnosed my problem (the opener was shot - it could have been saved, but why bother), and proceeded to replace the opener and springs, set everything up, and left my garage cleaner than they found it - all before quitting time. It was the service you dream of. I am beyond happy.

I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

You can never find fault with Precision Garage doors...I have used them for over 20 years and, thankfully, I rarely need them. But when I do they are courteous, professional, and most of all, responsive!! This Team rocks from the people who answer the phone to the team members who come to my house!!
