John Tsangarinos and Ryan did a great job. They pointed out problems with the spring and rollers and suggested replacement. They adjusted the door so it works great with the opener. They explained everything they did and showed us how the remotes and keypad worked. They did 5 star work!

Had my first encounter with your company this past week when I needed some repair work done on my door, and was very happy with the quality of service I received from my service tech, Keith Allen. He was knowledgeable, friendly, clean-cut, professional, and courteous - everything you could ask for when a stranger comes into your home. I contacted your company because your ad said that you made evening and weekend calls, so I was a little surprised that I was unable to get someone out the same day (especially since I was a little concerned about my garage door letting loose on my car), but Keith made it out the day after and gave me quite an education on garage door maintenance!

scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5 pm but did not arrive untill after 6pm because very busy I guess. Other than that service was five star and satisfactory. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Improved operation of garage door and did not pressure for more expenditure. Would recommend service to others.

Mr. Rapp , You should be very proud of your technican Zack Rago and his supervisor Eric Taylor , they did more then I expected with the total repair of my garage door. It now runs very smoothly and is much quieter then before then rebuilt it. They both represented your company in a professional, caring and friendly manor. Performed a tune up, replaced the door seal and replaced the rollers to the garage door. The door quieted down by 70% and the ugly old sagging was replaced and looks great. Very happy with Ryan and the service provided and would highly recommend you.

I found out about Precision from a truck near my house. I looked them up online and liked everything that I saw regarding the company. John Tsangarinos was the technician that came out to my house. He was very nice and very informative. He gave me several option on what to do with the door repair. I had to have Rollers replaced, brackets, replace the opener and the keypad entry. The door is like new. John even took the time to program the opener through my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Top notch service. High recommend Precision! Your company provides the best service and staff for garage door repairs. The repair required new springs. James Mantsch repaired it perfectly. James was outstanding, hard working and friendly. He explained everything, provided all the options and repaired the issue that was more than just a loose cable after all.
