Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way. He did a great job with the repair we needed and when he was done he cleaned up everything. He left us with a whisper quiet door opener and a smile. Door originally installed less than a year ago by Precision so when I called to explain the problem (wouldn't shut all the way and stuck), was very pleased to know they would be out within 2 hours. Mike was on time, fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Very courteous and efficient.

James came out at about 6 pm. We discussed the problem with my door opener. I agreed on what needed to be done and was ready to set up an appointment for service. That's when James said he could do it now. By 8:30 he was done and I had a new unit that works great! He also replaced the bearings and worn out rollers. The door runs so quiet and smooth. James was very professional and did a great job.
