I have always worked with Precision so when I was having trouble with my door not staying closed, I called them. They came the same day, gave me the option of replacing my opener or repairing the old one. The installation of the new unit and several other replacements only took less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always give excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

Bob & Arnold, did a great job explaining the problem with the door. they also gave me my options for the repairs . I decided to have them replace the complete opener system, they also corrected problems with the new torsion springs,that were installed last friday. Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.

He was patient with me, very pleasant and polite, he came with all the tools needed, explained thoroughly what my options were and skillfully performed his work. I was very pleased. James came out at about 6 pm. We discussed the problem with my door opener. I agreed on what needed to be done and was ready to set up an appointment for service. That's when James said he could do it now. By 8:30 he was done and I had a new unit that works great! He also replaced the bearings and worn out rollers. The door runs so quiet and smooth. James was very professional and did a great job.

Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way.
