I can't believe that the price of garage door openers have gone up as much as they have from December of 2020 to May of 2021. You replaced an opener on my other property in December and when my opener on my house went bad I called your company fully intending to replace this opener. Your Tech Luke came out and gave me options for replacing the opener and thankfully I was sitting down when he gave me the price. I then had him replace the belt and put a new rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Since then I've found another company that would have replaced the opener at a price that was much cheaper than what Precision was going to charge me. Sorry, it looks like you've lost a customer due to over priced service and products.

Called for service on my garage door opener and they sent Brian Harmon out. The remotes weren't opening or closing the door. Was set to buy a new opener when Brian realized I had put LED bulbs in. We changed them out and all three remotes are working just fine. This is not the first time I've used Precision and I can tell you any more problems I will use them again. Great techs and reasonable prices. Honesty is number one with this company.

This is a five star company form the beginning to the end. Rebecca from sales was extremely helpful in choosing the right door. Jerry, the installer, was prompt, extremely competent. Answered all my dumb questions with a sense of humor. The only small hiccup in the process was my door was a special order and took longer than I expected to arrive. I had seen your ads on Fox 13. I liked the fact that you guys could be out any day of the week, even holidays. As it turns out, the spring on our garage door broke New Years Eve. I called around 9:00 that morning, and your tech, Bryan Stewart, was at our house by 12:30. He inspected the door, explained what needed fixing, and had it all repaired by 2:00.
