This is a five star company form the beginning to the end. Rebecca from sales was extremely helpful in choosing the right door. Jerry, the installer, was prompt, extremely competent. Answered all my dumb questions with a sense of humor. The only small hiccup in the process was my door was a special order and took longer than I expected to arrive. All in all, I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

I had seen your ads on Fox 13. I liked the fact that you guys could be out any day of the week, even holidays. As it turns out, the spring on our garage door broke New Years Eve. I called around 9:00 that morning, and your tech, Bryan Stewart, was at our house by 12:30. He inspected the door, explained what needed fixing, and had it all repaired by 2:00. I was very satisfied with the service.

I have always worked with Precision so when I was having trouble with my door not staying closed, I called them. They came the same day, gave me the option of replacing my opener or repairing the old one. The installation of the new unit and several other replacements only took less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always give excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

I decided to have them replace the complete opener system, they also corrected problems with the new torsion springs,that were installed last friday. If it's a good product, the product will sell itself. I look for fair pricing, follow-up thru to installation & then the installation itself. This company meets all of my "go to" wants.
