Ed was able to come out right away. Prompt, polite, thorough, at a good price. Unlike most things around the house (including installing a new garage door opener), this was really a repair I did not want to try doing myself. Ed did it much faster than I could have, for not much more money, and did a better job than I could have. Worth every penny!

When our garage door wouldn't go up and our car was stuck underneath we decided to call Precision. It was the day after Christmas so we weren't sure we'd find anyone to come out, but luckily a technician was available. Keith, our technician, was very friendly, informative, and helpful in explaining the problem and did an excellent job fixing it. We had our garage door up and working in about 45 minutes and upon our request, Keith even installed a key pad for us to use. We would use Precision again and recommend them to our friends and family.

The company that serviced us three years ago is no longer in business so I googled and found Precision. I made my decison to call them for help after I read several reviews. I'm not dissappointed in my choice. The service tech John was great in diagnosing the problem and was able to replace the springs and put in a new gear and sproket on the opener. The total time to repair my door was only an hour. I will definitely call them if the need arises.

The technician arrived on time and performed the evaluation of our old garage door opener (21 years old) which was not operational. He installed a new, much quieter and nicer unit very quickly, after informing us of what it would cost to replace the part on the old unit first and then giving us the option of replacing the entire unit which we chose to do. I would recommend this company to my neighbors whose homes and door systems are just about the same age as ours was.

I called for an estimate and was given a price for new springs of between $70 - $120 each depending on the garage door and what size springs would be required. There was no service charge if the company was hired to complete the repair. The technician happened to be in the area of my home and was there within a half hour. He was very quick to get the repair done and gave me some advice for maintenance to perform on the garage doors. The total repair charge ended up being a little more than $300.00 but the work was done quickly and efficiently.
