Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.

Technician arrived as scheduled- very friendly and polite - wore a mask. This was just a maintenance call and check up. He inspected everything and then showed me what he was going to do. He lubricated all rollers, hinges and springs and gave me a spray can of the lubricant for future use. He did not try to up sell me. Very pleased with the service and technician. Would recommend this company and technician.

A garage door issue never happens at an opportune time. Our spring broke on a Sunday. We placed the service call and our technician Chris was onsite within an hour. Chris was very thorough with his information. He was not pushy with his recommendations, he put all of the information before us and left us to make the decision. By the time he was finished, we felt like we had made a new friend. There were no extra charges for it being a Sunday. That in itself will make me a return customer. I can't say enough good about Precision They are amazing!

Our 18 year-old garage door opener failed after constant daily use. Precision provided same day response to our call. Chris, the technician was courteous, friendly and professional. He gave us options to make informed decision for replacement opener and quickly installed the unit, programming all the available remotes. He also cleaned up and hauled off the old opener and extra installation debris. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision Overhead Garage Door.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I called this morning and was able to get an appt timeframe of 12 - 4 and Brian arrived at 12. He evaluated my garage door issue and did not try to oversell me on anything that I didn't absolutely need. My springs that were 12 years old quit working so I had new springs and bearings installed. The door works great and is much quieter now. He showed me how to do maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He also went above and beyond and reattached the bottom seal so that it was secure. I highly recommend!!

Way too expensive!!! Charged $90.00 for a $5.00 part and $60.00 for a $10.00 part. The tech was here at the house for about 35 minutes and ten of that was talking with me. Total price gouging. This is my second time using them and my last.
