He provided multiple options for repair and broke it down by individual piec. This was helpful as a consumer having to make a decision. I am very happy with the job Ed did on my garage door. Ed is very professional and fun to talk to. I had a broken torsion spring and before he started, Ed looked at everthing and not only told me, but also showed me whatever worn out parts of the door there were, and, most importantly to me, how they were worn out. I decided to go with his recommendations on parts replacement and now my garage door opens and closes like new, quietly and smoothly. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repair and would tell people to ask for Ed if they can get him.

Hi James arrived punctually. He is a friendly professional. Answered my questions. Turns out my garage door is hurricane proof, and everything else is origonal to the house. Rollers were extremely worn, and the springs had lost most of their tension. When James was finished with the repairs I was elated....The doors sound, look, and function like they were brand new...and a thorough post cleanup as well. Precision sets their service standards very high and it is greatly apprciated. I appreciate service like this.

This gentleman was excellent. He called and asked if he could come EARLIER than the scheduled time. He quickly found the reason why the one side was closing incorrectly and also intalled a new outside key pad.He was friendly and knowlegeable. Your company installed these new doors a few months ago. I called after hearing the commercial on WFLA talk radio 970 AM.I would not hesitate to refer a friend to your company after the excellent service you have demonstrated.

greg bush came out, real nice mam, annew what he was doing.explained an showed me the pamplet,asked what i wanted wrote everything down with the total. great job jason came out removed old door. installed new door, an hardware. cleaned up an told me about the door. very good worker, with great attitude. if all your people are tis good they should get some pizza. thank you very much ken.
