I had a broken torsion spring and before he started, Ed looked at everthing and not only told me, but also showed me whatever worn out parts of the door there were, and, most importantly to me, how they were worn out. I decided to go with his recommendations on parts replacement and now my garage door opens and closes like new, quietly and smoothly. Hi James arrived punctually. He is a friendly professional. Answered my questions. Turns out my garage door is hurricane proof, and everything else is origonal to the house. Rollers were extremely worn, and the springs had lost most of their tension. When James was finished with the repairs I was elated....The doors sound, look, and function like they were brand new...and a thorough post cleanup as well. Precision sets their service standards very high and it is greatly apprciated. I appreciate service like this.
