Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!

He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, understood our needs and was experienced in replacing the door spring system. He examined the door, thoroughly explained the necessary repairs and discussed optional repairs that would increase the life expectancy of the door system. My Technician, Isak, was great. He was prompt, reviewed how my door was currently operating, told me what it needed and provided me an estimate and, upon my approval, proceeded to replace the rollers and do maintenance on my door. He also left me some spray lubricant and showed me where to apply it in the future to help keep my door running smooth. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door company again, should I need future service.

This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service. Also, it was wonderful to hear how much he loved your company and his job, HOW REFRESHING. We have recommend your company to several neighbors and will continue doing so.
