Your total availability at no extra charge was the primary reason I chose you over other companies advertising in our Sun City Center Membership Phonebook. Doug was very courteous, prompt and thorough; he did a great job of repairing our garage door to excellent working order! I also appreciated getting an email from you showing the pix of the techs, so we could know who was coming and feel safe. Alothough in our case, he got here before I picked up the email, for most appts., this is the epitome of professionalism to give the customer a safe way to know your tech is coming, and what to expect. Thanks for going the extra mile on all counts!

YOUR YOUNG SERVICE MAN WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. I ENJOYED MEETING HIM. STEPHEN IS AN EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR GOOD COMPANY. HE WAS HERE ON TIME. DIAGNOSED MY DOOR REPAIR PROBLEM WITH EASE. FIXED IT. ITS OPERATION IS NOW VERY SMOOTH AND QUIET. I PICKED YOUR COMPANY FROM SEVERAL GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES WHICH ADVERTISED IN THE TELEPHONE DIRECTORY HERE IN SUN CITY CENTER. SO ADVERTISING PAYS. I WILL RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED STEPHEN FOR A FEW OF YOUR BUSINESS CARDS.
