He did not try to "up-sell" me but rather, provided choices so In could make an informed decision. As he diligently worked, I was grateful that he answered my questions which provided me an appreciation for his craft and knowledge. Incredible service! Jimmy Johnson was an extremely knowledgable and efficient service personnel. He took the time to explain and show us the problem. 5 stars: Precision Door Service replaced the belt in our garage door opener. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire garage door opener even though only the belt was frayed. The technician analyzed the problem and said he could replace the belt and he had one in his truck. Great news. In addition to repairing my garage door opener, Dallas also oiled my garage door and springs. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. The door works great and has stopped squeeking.

I received a very helpful and knowledgeable quote on the belt that I needed and inspection that revealed I also needed rollers, who's resistence called the rarely used garage door belt to break. Chris went beyond the obvious broken belt to identify what caused a rarely used garage door belt to break. I used a coupon that was exactly the price advertised. Service man was personable, professional and arrived on time from his 30 window estimate. Calling him back next month to change the rollers on the other garage door. Thanks!

Keith handled my service. This is the second time he's been to our house to do service within the last few years. He was excellent and explained everything in detail. He was very efficient and professional. He seemed to be able to balance the customer service duties well while also working to train a technician who was with him. Keith was a pleasure. I called Precision around 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. They had a technician here at about 4:20! He was able to fix everything in about an hour!!! I've never had that kind of service! I actually called a different garage door service before precision and the recording said they were closed until Monday morning!! Turns out that worked out great for me!!
