Your tech Jim Johnson did a great job on replacing all parts on our 14 foot 50 year old garage door. All the parts needed were on his truck. Professionally done and all I had to do was provide orange Gatorade on a very hot day.Job well done.

Called for repair for broken spring, but so much was wrong with our garage door. Everything was old, worn, and original to the house (20 years). We had more things done to the door than I am able to check off here. Jordan was our technician and he was excellent! First, he was polite and professional and gave us several options. When I started asking about fixing and replacing other things he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but had a lot of confidence in Jordan and his recommendations for us. I loved that he already had all of the supplies (with choices) that we needed and wanted. Did I mention that this all took place on Super Bowl Sunday?! Jordan did such an outstanding job and we could not be happier with the total outcome!! By the way, our garage door opener and rollers used to be so noisy that the neighbors probably hated every early morning that we were leaving. It is whisper quiet now and running like a dream. It's the little (big) things in life that make it better! Thank you to Jordan (give this guy a bonus) and Precision!! Highly recommend.

James called ahead, arrived on time and was polite, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem (old broken opener) and provided several options for replacement he had on his truck. Asked him to check and service other garage door( hadn't been done in many years) and found a weak spring that was straining the opener. He replaced it, lubricated and adjusted it and the door works better than ever. James was patient as I asked questions and made decisions. He even helped program the tricky Homelink device in 2 vehicles, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Door and make sure you ask for James,

My garage door broke on a Sunday morning and the company I have used before isn't open on the weekends. I would have had to leave my garage door open all night if not for the quick response by Precision. They were on site by early afternoon and had the door back working better than it had been before nightfall.

i think precision really wants to have satisfied customers. they turned a less than satisfactory situation to a real win. kudos to Andrew Lachance quality control manager. he came on a saturday after i made a call that day. he addressed my concerns and analyze and fix my problem. he was knowledgeable, professional. did a great job in helping me select the equipment to replace my 18 year old failing equipment and did a professional job installing.

Wesley Allen was my service technician. I was highly impressed with him from my first phone call. I was a little late getting home from the doctor. When I told him that, he asked if I was okay. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did an excellent job of informing me what he found, gave me three options to do today, and showed me some issues I need to address in the future but were okay for now. One of our garage doors stopped opening up. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, and they said they would have someone out on Friday around noon. Jim arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem (wiring issue) at no charge, as it was covered by their 7 year warranty. Very pleased!

Joe did great job in troubleshooting the problem. He did a better job performing the repair. He knew what he was doing and completed the job very fast. He would have been on his way but I ask him how did the repair fix the problem? He took the time to explain. I watch Joe the whole time he was here and I thought the repair cost was a bit high for the time spent. I change my mind after his explanation and thought the cost was very fair. Great troubleshooting and a fast repair is worth the price.

My garage door was making weird noises...like a clunking sound. I tried to lubricate the rollers and when that didn't help i called Precision. James, the service tech. came out the next day and made all the repairs necessary within one hour. Now my garage door is running efficiently without the noises. I highly recommend Precision.

I was amazed to see the pricing for a broken spring up to $900. The salesman/technician was very courteous I have no problem with him. The marketing however was a bad experience my soccer and experience and pricing with this company. I previously refused to purchase a new garage door from them because of over pricing.
