I had a problem with my garage door that was rebuilt by Precision in May 2012. Thankfully it was covered with a 7 year warranty. Michael Wallace took care of it the next day after I called and it did not cost anything. Its really comforting to know you can count on Precision.

Precision was recommended by Angie's list. I had my garage door serviced and tension springs replaced by Tom the technician who was arrived within the time frame that was scheduled. I did research on garage door repair companies prior to me calling Precision. I chose Precision because of the positive reviews and them being on Angie's list Edward came out to repair torsion springs. He also observed that the bearings were worn and needed replacing. When I told him that it was not in my budget, he explained the ability to pay in two installments. My husband and I were quite pleased with the professionalism of Ed and the overall job he did. He was quick, thorough,and quiet. We will recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Scheduled a bottom seal replacement through a deal on Angie's list. The work was scheduled early evening at my request to accommodate my schedule. Technician Ryan Goodman was on time and professional. Performed the bottom seal replacement and explained other wear items and options. Installed a keypad opener at my request for a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the experience and recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

I chose Precision because their yellow page ad advised they are on Angie's List, a BBB business and offer no service fee with repairs. I like the fact they come out on holidays and weekends at no extra charge if an emergency should arise. I also read the reviews from other customers with very high ratings. My tech was John Tsangarinos, and he has approx 15 yrs experience with the company, and knows his stuff. I am a firm believer that a company is only as good as its employees. John identified many of the issues I was already aware of, but he also identified a major issue I was unaware of due to improper installation by a prior company. He tweaked and fine tuned everything on my garage door. My garage door now runs smoothly, quieter, and has a new feeling to it. There were no upselling attempts, I was provided with the repair prices for my specific problems prior to any work being done. He even linked by car to the new garage door opener. And they warranty their work. I was allowed to pick a time convenient for me, not them. The work was completed quickly and the tech arrived within the two hour time frame as stated. Precision will be my first choice for any garage door issues I may have in the future.
