The technician that came to our house was Kieth Anderson and he was very professional, told me just what he was going to do and the cost of the repair. Once he got things apart there were a few other things that he found that when he showed me I was very glad he brought them to my attention. Great job and anything else goes wrong with it I will certainly have them back

Knowledgeable service tech who was upfront about costs and different techniques advantages. Was there for 10 minutes looking at an issue he couldn't ultimately help with, so no charge for the visit/ his time even. Very nice surprise when most companies look to good gouge you.

We were very pleased with how quickly you were able to schedule our visit to re-program our garage key pad. We had recently purchased the house, and knew that the door was very loud on opening and closing, so it was no surprise when Craig reviewed his inspection report and pointed out the problem with the small wheels. After having a recent visit by the company they were very concerned with previous issues I had. The company did correct things and reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to ensure I had a better experience. My garage door was fixed as promised and the company did want to refund my previous payment (I refused to take the reimbursement and the check has been mailed back to the company). I just wanted my garage door fixed not a way out of paying for services. I appreciate the offer from the company and respect them taking issues with clients so serious. Thank you again to Eric and the guys who have come to my house to fix the garage.

Hello. Precision was referred to me by True Builders. I give them a giant 5 star rating. Mr. Mike Wallace was very professional and courteous. He called me and introduced himself and made sure I was going to be available. He was so pleasant on the phone. He told me exactly when he was coming by. When he got here, he introduced hisself again and shook my hand. Then he asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately got to work. After he resolved the issue he asked if I had any questions. He did an excellent job and my door is working again. Thank you ???? I will recommend this company to my friends. Have a blessed day.
