Once he got things apart there were a few other things that he found that when he showed me I was very glad he brought them to my attention. After having a recent visit by the company they were very concerned with previous issues I had. The company did correct things and reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to ensure I had a better experience. My garage door was fixed as promised and the company did want to refund my previous payment (I refused to take the reimbursement and the check has been mailed back to the company). I just wanted my garage door fixed not a way out of paying for services. I appreciate the offer from the company and respect them taking issues with clients so serious. He called me and introduced himself and made sure I was going to be available. He was so pleasant on the phone. He told me exactly when he was coming by. When he got here, he introduced hisself again and shook my hand. Then he asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately got to work.
