Liked the face that you were available 7 days per week and no extra charge for nights, weekends, and holidays. Also no service charge with repairs. You tech, James Rodey, is an asset to your organization. The GDO has a lifetime warranty but if it goes bad do I have to deal directly with the manufacturer or can I deal with you?

8-11-12 My wife and I were getting ready to see our doctor, when we heard a loud noise. We checked the house and found that one of the garage door springs broke. We had no clue who to call and so we looked to our local phone book. We found the add for Precision garage door and called. They said they could be out within two to three hours. The technicion arrived in the time frame given. His name is J. Rodey. He was very professional, he checked the garage door, found some other problems and recommenden we replace the rollers and end bearings plus we asked if he could replace the bottom seal. We are very satisfied with the done by your technicion.
