Precision comes when you call and the tech. arrives the time they say they will arrive. The techs. are professional and explain what they are doing to do before they do it. If you have any questions they answer the question no matter how stupid the question might be. I have been VERY pleased with the installation of my garden door and the fast and efficient follow up.

If I could give this company 1000000000 stars, I would!! They replaced my garage door opener back in 2019 and the level of professionalism was beyond anything I could’ve expected!! So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!!
