We are extremely happy with the service we received. This is the 5th time in 17 years that we broke a spring on our garage door. After becoming extremely frustrated, we decided to call someone other than the company who serviced the door the last 4 times. We are very glad that we did!! Our service technician James from Precision Door listened to my problem, and examined our door thoroughly, and explained and showed me what the other door company was doing wrong. He also replaced rollers and gears that were disintegrating. Our door is QUIETER than it has ever been since we moved into our house! It goes up and down very quietly and smoothly! We are impressed with the outcome! We even received a 7 year guarantee in writing! It's as if we purchased a whole new door and track. Our technician James was thorough, professional and very helpful. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I choose Precision Repair because you were available on a weekend...your technician came around 7pm on a Sunday night and repaired the door in two hours...with a 3 yr warranty on the parts...of course I have no way of knowing whether your prices are competitive, but I was not about to shop price when my car is trapped in my garage...I am glad to have it fixed so efficiently...

We were completely satisfied with the service we received on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013. The reason why we called Percision is because your ad in the yellow pages said it is family owned, and I saw the BBB recommendation. Sorry I don't know the 2 fellow's names that were here, I am sure they introduced themselves, and also mentioned their name when calling us to tell us they were on their way. Sorry! They were young, dark hair, both very very nice! And helpful!!!

Matt came late on Labor Day and cheerfully and competently repaired springs, gear track and a plate. He showed me each part and explained why it was necessary and in one case, a preventive measure, to replace it. He pointed out that some storage shelves were too close to the garage door and items on them a potential cause of derailing the door. I appreciated his competence and his interest in explaining everything to me.
