I highly recommend Chris M! We just had a full lift overhaul on our garage door and the experience was great from start to finish. Chris was our technician and his attention to detail was awesome. He caught a bent center plate that could have caused a major failure down the line and explained exactly why the 18ft cables and high-cycle springs were necessary (esp for our larger door size). He was professional, transparent with pricing, and even stayed to ensure the door was balanced as well as clearing the leaves etc out of the garage floor which he didn’t have to do! Ask for Chris M when you call Precision!

We had a great experience with Precision and specifically our technician, Chris McVeigh. Chris provided a very thorough assessment of our entire garage system. He was incredibly professional and ensured we got high-quality components for the job. He installed premium springs, new nylon rollers, and a reinforcement bracket. Chris was efficient and honest; he didn't try to push us into replacing our motor since it was still in good shape. He really took his time to make sure everything was properly installed and working perfectly before finishing the job. The sound of the door has significantly improved and it is now perfectly balanced. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and provides great service, we highly recommend asking for Chris!

My garage door springs failed late on a Friday afternoon. PGD responded first thing Saturday morning and had the entire system recondition and back working in 2 hours. Technician (Mike) was helpful in not only doing the work but explaining the condition of all system components and his recommendation for repair. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

They were able to send a technician, Darian, who arrived the very next day exactly on time. Darian was professional and efficient. He quickly discovered that we had a broken torsion spring. We had Precision come out to look at our garage door. Heard of them on the JOY FM. After looking at what our garage door needed, put a new spring on--- but on the wrong side and was the wrong size any way. Garage never did work even after he finished . Never gave us an invoice --charge was $608.70 but I downloaded the transaction from our credit card to verify the price charged for a door that still he never got to work . We could not afford the new door and mechanism he offered at the time. So here we are still without use of our garage door and are now contemplating replacing it but with another garage door company! If he couldn't fix it instead of charging us $608.70 for a spring should have just given us a free estimate as stated on your website!!!!! David
