After seeing Precision Garage Door Services vehicles around Pasco County for years, when I needed garage door repairs at my home, I scheduled an appointment. The online system worked great. The day scheduled I received a call from technician Chris, right in the middle of the service window. He promptly arrived and we discussed my needs. He offered helpful suggestions and options. Once the scope was agreed upon he went to work and didn't disturb me until the repair was finished. He explained exactly what was done and the bill matched the agreeded upon estimate. We had a great experience with Bill our technician. He took time to inspect our complete door and all working parts, he was very thorough. We received a new garage door opener and had the springs and a couple other parts replaced on the door. What a difference with the new opener, very quiet and has update features as well.

He advised me I would probably need a new door sooner or later but for now it works. He was very knowledgeable and polite and a pleasure to talk to.

The problem...the garage door wouldn't stay down... This happened 3 times in the last month. I called on Saturday and Chris came out today, Monday. Chris was very professional. Notice that the a piece of the door might have been getting in view of the eye. He moved the eye and assured me that if the door still had the problem they would be back to trouble shot.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.

He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs.
