I called at 4:15pm on Thanksgiving Eve with a door stuck halfway open. Was told a tech would be there between 5-7pm. Mike arrived at precisely 5:00pm.He immediately went to work to access the problem.Once he finished he explained the options. I told him to fix everything, to give the entire unit a going over regardless of price. What an awesome technician.He knew exactly what he was doing and within an hour my door was going up and down quiet as a mouse. I had made calls to two other companies before Precision and was told they could not get to me before Friday, what a joke. I will make everyone I know aware of my great experience with your company. Thank you so very much.

I chose Precision based on a very informative website and the fact weekend appointments were not an extra charge. I was very pleased with the technician assigned my call, Doug Naporano. Due to a heavy Sunday call overload Doug was running later than scheduled and was quick to apologize for the delay. His courteous and friendly demeanor more than made up for the delay. Once Doug completed a visual inspection of the problems with my door he presented an estimate and thoroughly answered each and every question I had regarding the proposed repairs. Despite my service call being his last of probably a very exhaustive day for him, Doug treated my call as if it was his first of the day in a very professional cordial manner. I was very pleased with Doug's work, attention to detail and will consider Precision for future repairs.
