We always have received good service from your company. Service techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman here today was very nice and helpful. Although the battery I need is no longer carried, he was helpful in giving me some suggestions to remedy my situation. He was kind enough to spray my spring as it was noisy and it’s hard for me to do.

Mike was very good and fast service. He explained the problem and checked the whole door. I will request him next time if possible. The service was very expensive for two safety lights at the bottom of the door. Still can’t see 250.00 for the repair.

Charles was our technician and he performed an amazing job in replacing our garage door spring that broke. He also did a check a complete inspection of the door and rollers to make sure everything was working fine and even lubed the rollers. I will definitely be using Precision again if the need arises.

Our initial contact was with Brian Harmon, he was very helpful with our decision to replace the broken spring or replace the whole door. We replaced the door. The installers were Andrew Lachance and Tyler Cope, they did an excellent job of installing the new door and took the time to explain the controls and options. The door looks great and works great thanks to all. I will highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this work done.

I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. Five Star rating - They came within the time they stated and called before coming. WE called the company we usually used and they couldn't come until Monday to check our garage door which wouldn't open. Precision came same day and replaced everything and our door now runs like brand new. Great job.
