The technician, Bryan Stewart, did a fantastic job getting the door to close and secure. He was patient, and managed to figure out how to complete this difficult task (2 prior contractors could not figure it out). I requested a repair of a spring. The spring was replaced under warranty at, no cost. I was surprised their was no up sales to this request. The repair was completed at no cost, with no up sales. They stand by their service. This is not the first the I have had service completed by Precision. I'm very happy with their service.

Rate Five Star. Springs and Roller Replacements were done the day after I called. The technician was very friendly and explained my choices in springs and their costs very thoroughly so that I could make the appropriate choice. Everything is working correctly and much quieter than before. I was able to use coupons from Precision advertisement, but mainly used Precision because of great reviews on Angie's List.

Mike did a quick and efficient job in fixing the photo eye of the door closer. It was not closing when the sunlight was bright on the door opening. Now it works and there was no charge since the work came under the first year electrical warranty. Greatly appreciate the quick scheduling and work completion.

The technician diagnosed a problem with the garage door spings system that has been a problem for several years.Other garage door company said it was okay but it wasn't. He did a great job and left the area clean when finished.

I needed a timely appointment and repair for a client. The dispatcher reached out to a technician to speak with me to ensure Precision could address my needed repairs as most companies weren't able to repair but wanted to convert to a torque spring. Precision was able to make the repairs and scheduled me that day! Chris Stephens was the technician who made the repairs and he did an outstanding job! He called on his way, called with his inspection assessments, made recommendations and made the repairs! He supplied me with the photos and paperwork I needed right away to submit to the client!

The service tech was great! Very professional and friendly. He also programmed the remote in my car and replaced the light bulb in my opener. He fixed the wiring and straightened the pull bar that was put in wrong buy the previous installer from another company. He also informed me that the springs were not safe and the door could not be manually lifted. I can park my car in the garage again and feel like I totally got great service for a reasonable price. It also came with a 5 year warranty.
