Very pleased with how promptly my phone call was responded to, and how fast a technician was out to my home. Very good job done by the technician, Joe Payette. Initially I just wanted to replace my door opener, but he noticed I also had a broken spring. Joe did a fantastic job fixing both issues in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new system, it runs very smoothly and quietly. This is the way a business should be run.

"5 STARS". Thumbs up for an excellent job. Jimmy Johnson is a true professional. He's knowledgeable of the product and extremely capable of installation and/or repair of said product. My garage door was an absolute mess with a broken overhead spring, rollers knocked out, cables broken, et cetera when Jimmy first arrived, but within 3 hours my door operates as if were brand new. Again, let me thank you for a job well done.

They went through the extra time to tell me all about the door, and make suggestions on how to maintain it.
