I was very pleased with the service I received this morning. The technician David S. was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgable took time to explain the problem and offered 5 different levels of repair explaining each one. He was neat in appearance, friendly and extremely polite. Jimmy Johnson came out quickly and repaired my garage door quickly. Thought just a spring broke but apparently other things failed causing spring to break which drove the cost up a bit. Works like new now, thanks Jimmy!

This was first time using Precision. I was really impressed with Keith Allen. He was very knowledgeable & made sure I wasn't spending unnecessary money. I think he's the Best!!!! I also liked the fact that Precision hold true to appointment times. Both appointments were done in the promised timeframe. I will definitely use Precision again!

"5 STARS". Thumbs up for an excellent job. Jimmy Johnson is a true professional. He's knowledgeable of the product and extremely capable of installation and/or repair of said product. My garage door was an absolute mess with a broken overhead spring, rollers knocked out, cables broken, et cetera when Jimmy first arrived, but within 3 hours my door operates as if were brand new. Again, let me thank you for a job well done.

I can not begin to thank you enough for the new garage door. Everything about the experience was pleasant. The salesman was so helpful, the installers were pleasant, quick and thorough. They went through the extra time to tell me all about the door, and make suggestions on how to maintain it. I can't remember a time when I was more pleased with the experience with having a home repair done. I would highly recommend them for any installation or repair.

Bryan Stewart handled my service request and did a quick and efficient job of repairing my garage door opener. He fully explained everything and checked that I understood. Excellent service and repairs by Lloyd Tanner. Lloyd contacted me to let me know when he would be arriving. Gave me three options for the repairs that were needed. Also gave multiple options for the garage door opener. Lloyd had everything on his truck to do the job that same day. No having to come back out. Explained everything and showed me the items that needed to be replaced and why. Lloyd was respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Usually when I read reviews I assume they are cherry picked to make the company look better. In the case of Precision the kudos were well earned. Service tech showed up faster than promised, explained the situation well, helped me make a decision on which springs to go with and in general was a joy to work with---totally unlike the last company I contacted. I wish I remembered the techs name to give him the personal praise he deserves.

Very impressed with Zack Rago who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He replaced the springs, bearings, rollers and a broken hinge. He was on site in a little over an hour after we placed the call for service. We don't believe that we could have gotten better service. Thank you for the fast efficient service.
