Fixed garage door part that failed due to original installation by another company.(years ago) We will always call Precision in the future for any needed repairs or replacements. I have needed a new garage door opener for ages and I saw Precision on TV and I hit the website to investigate and I liked the prices. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed a new opener. Ryan walked me through all the various types that were offered and I thought the belt drive was the best since it had a life time warranty. Ryan was very thorough and he explained everything that he was doing while I was watching him install. He said it would take an hour and he even finished before that. I recommend Precision

Precision Door responded to my service need within 24 hours. Mike (technician)called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. We review the problem areas of the garage door as well as assessment of inspected items that were in good working condition. Mike answered all my questions, discussed prices and options. This has been a great experience since my first phone call. I had to change the time at the last minute and it was not a hassle. Mike was great he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try and sell me a new garage door like I feared. He did great work and now my door works better than it did when it was first installed. I am very pleased.

Normally we use another Service Provider...but this time they weren't able to accommodate us...I contacted Precision and explained our problem...we were able to be worked in same day (Sunday) and the Technician (Ben) was great.
