Our technician came out on a Sunday, assessed our two garage doors, and recommended new springs, and rollers. one opener was good, and we replaced the other opener. He replaced worn parts and installed a new opener on one door. They have never run so good, and are quieter than when new! This is one area of our home that we have overlooked for upkeep and maintenance. We neglected to realize how often we use this mechanical part of our home and the importance of much needed "tlc".

This is the way all businesses should be run!! Prompt service by skilled techs who don't waist time or your money. John Tsanggarinos is one terrific tech and knew exactly what to do to fix both of my doors to like new condition. This was not an easy fix. A lot of effort and skill went into this repair. Just a "thank you" is really not enough. All home owners with garage doors should keep this company name taped to the back of the doors!!!

Precision came recommended by our neighbor. They offered next day service....despite it being a w/e. I was going to be out of town....so I scheduled for the following Monday...which I forgot was Labor Day. There was no extra charge. Door installed professionally and with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Called on 11/24/15 and was told tech would be there on 11/25/15. Oldmdoor opener switch was busted and door opener track was bent and the door could not be closed. Was told what needed to be done and Jeremy (excellent tech) did all his work! Door opens again, nice and quiet and we were able to keep Thanksgiving plans.

Very Happy with the service. While other competitors were not whiling to assist me during the weekend and were trying to convince me to set an appointment for the middle of the week. The Good people at Presicion assure me that someone will be here early the very next day. The Service was excellent, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Precision installed the garage door and I wanted it checked before the peak of hurricane season. The technician suggested a battery back up which we had installed. I am under 5' in height and it is difficult to raise the door manually.
